Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is the opposite and perfect compliment to yang styles like vinyasa flow. This class is very slow and we hold postures for several minutes. 

Your muscles will get a stretch, but the focus here is actually pn your connective tissue: fascia, tendons & ligaments. Perhaps the hardest work of all though, is on your mind. Challenge yourself to get quiet in this surprising and beautiful practice.
